Lovely villa, beautiful views, helpful owner, secluded location, well-equipped.
Nothing, all excellent.

Stunning views and private pool made this an exceptional property for the money we paid. On arrival, reception staff were friendly and helpful. The location is also excellent but see note on access.
The access is very steep - a 4x4 vehicle would have been better. It is a steep climb down to the village of Agios Nikitas and that would be worth highlighting for elderly/infirm as there is no obvious other means than on foot or by car.

Thank you for the wondeful stay!! We booked a villa for the first time and on our arrival we realised that the photos are not fair for this spacious and beautiful house. We were impressed with the cleanliness, luxury, the breathtaking views and the large pool. The villas are located in the most beautiful part of the islant, near the most amazing beaches, within a walking distance of Agios Nikitas Village and a short drive from Lefkas town.

I always come back because it's the best. The staff is amazing. They even helped me find my lost ID card. Plus, it has Wi-Fi, free parking, a flat-screen TV, and a kitchen with all the amenities. Perfect for my business trips.

No problem with the Internet connection (mentioned in another review). Also could get greek channels on the tv, but it took a bit of fiddling to get them and switching on and of the box once in a while helped.

I always stay at this wonderful place in Agios Nikitas. The staff helped me with currency tips on my first visit. It has everything I need - Wi-Fi, free parking, flat-screen TV, outdoor dining area, and allows pets. I keep coming back for my trips.

We were warmly greeted by Dora, who helped us with our bags and was always available if we needed any assistance. the one, bedroom villa we stayed in was modern, spacious, and well, equipped. the kitchen had everything we needed for self, catering, and the private pool was regularly cleaned. We spent a lot of time on the outside terrace, enjoying the beautiful views of the trees and the sea beyond.
It was a higher, end accommodation that was definitely worth the price. Cons: Nothing I didn't like, ☺️.

Absolutely great villa with private pool and clean spacious rooms. View is excellent. Villa is very well equipped and suitable also for longer stay. Agias Nikitas was only 5 minutes walk away (but 15 minutes back, because of steep road). We have nowhere enjoyd our stay more than in this villa. Excellent choice and great value for your money!
Payment was only in cash.

The villa had amazing sea view, a swimming pool, and a BBQ option. Everything was clean and well-organized. The kitchen was fully equipped. The village of Agios Nikitas had a cool restaurant called Taverna Nikitas. The accommodation was self-catered and well set up for it. The location was private and quiet. The staff was efficient and friendly. There were small supermarkets and a great choice of tavernas in the village.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

Fantastic villa in a fantastic location, up the hill about 500m from the village with amazing views over the Ionian sea. You could get lost in the view for hours, the sun glinting on the water, yachts & sail boats ploughing along, ferries chugging along. Amazing views. 3 villas in a row & we had the highest one which was very private & not overlooked at all. The villa had everything you needed for a holiday & the pool was fantastic if just a couple of degrees too cold for the missus first thing in the morning. Bathrooms were well smart & worked which isnt always a given in Greece. Kitchen was good, everything you needed (didnt use it much) & cable tv for the English football at the w/ends was a bonus. Village was great, 5/6 tavernas & 4/5 bars still open despite late season. Food was great in all the village tavernas we ate in & everyone down there was very friendly & good fun. Really great place, very calm, quiet & relaxing. Absolutely loved it. Price we paid was an absolute steal. Staff we met (Dmita & Dmitris) were v helpful & accomodating. Loved it & will go back.
